Wedding: Matt & Taylor | Coronado, CA | Analisa Joy Photography | Upland, CA Photographer

Matt and Taylor’s wedding day was truly a dream to photograph. When we arrived, we were greeted with customized goodie bags. Taylor follows my social media accounts and took note of my favorite snacks. My bag was filled with drinks and my favorite go-to snacks to keep me refreshed throughout the day. That was the most thoughtful gift because when we start our coverage before lunch, we usually don’t eat for almost 12 hours. Matt and Taylor hired the ultimate team of vendors to make sure her day was perfect from start to finish and everyone exceeded all expectations (like always). Vendors are linked throughout this post and listed at the bottom.

The bride and groom got ready at the Coronado Marriott with a gorgeous bay view. We then headed to the oldest church in Coronado, St. Paul’s Methodist Church for their ceremony. This church recently celebrated their 130th birthday and they still have some of their original church pews. After their ceremony we headed back toward the water to enjoy the reception at Il Fornaio. Il Fornaio is one of my favorite restaurants in Coronado and I was so excited when Taylor told me that they rented the entire restaurant for the evening. Their food was above and beyond amazing and they had a live band to serenade the crowd. It was a relaxing evening filled with love and I couldn’t be happier for Matt and Taylor. I had the best time being able to witness how much these two love God, their family/friends, and each other. It’s evident in all that they do and say and I can’t wait to see how God is going to bless their marriage. Congrats Matt and Taylor!

First time seeing her mother-in-law to be!

I love when my couples find time to squeeze in prayer in the midst of their wedding chaos.
Most ceremonies are vowed to God and I love when He is recognized throughout the process.

Check out this bridal beauty!

Posies Flowers are truly one of my all time favorite florists! In LOVE with this bouquet!

So beautiful!

Sunny and 75! We couldn’t have asked for a prettier day!

Time to check on the groom!

Matt leads worship and is a talented performer! Everyone always comments that you rarely see this guy not singing.

Looking good guys!

These groomsmen were hilarious! They had us laughing all day!

Heading over to St. Paul’s Methodist Church. Celebrating 130 years!

The church is supposed to feel like you’re in an upside down ship.

Every detail was was perfect by Karina from Couture Events. She makes every wedding day run flawlessly!

Getting ready to see his bride for the first time!

Their first act as husband and wife was to wash each others feet.
This is a depiction of the love and honor that Christ showed for his disciples when he washed their feet.
Such a beautiful symbolism of humility and submission.

Family favorites!

FOREVER in love with this shot!! Taylor was the funnest bride!

Love these two!

Greeting their guests as the walk by for more bride and groom portraits!

We snuck them away for some golden hour/sunset shots!
A lot of couples hesitate going out for more photos, but when they do… it’s totally worth it!

Love this!

This totally reminds me of One Tree Hill… anyone else?

When we came back, Matt serenaded his wife with their favorite song!

First dances!

Amazing live band kept us entertained all evening, The Westsiders of Scott Cummings Music.

The perfect grand exit… leaving on their own yacht!
