Senior Session: Laura | Balboa Park, CA | Analisa Joy Photography | San Diego, CA Photographer

It’s a new year so you know what that means… Time for senior sessions! Graduation will be here before we know it and I always look forward to all the soon-to-be graduates that come my way. I couldn’t have asked for a better senior to kick of the season. Laura has to be one of the coolest high schoolers I have had the pleasure of photographing. Her father is in the military, so she travels all over. She has attended three high schools, she’s smart, she’s sporty, she is a crew superstar, and she has the sweetest personality. Laura “supposedly” has never had her pictures taken, but I couldn’t believe how natural she was behind a camera. She is comparable to models that I have photographed on styled shoots… she’s that awesome! The starting picture featured in this post was the very first image that I took from our session. It usually takes a few warm up shots before people get fully comfortable, but Laura started out strong from the get go. I had so much photographing Laura that our session lasted until the very last glimpse of light. I loved exploring Balboa park with Laura and her mom and I can’t see what the future has in store for this bright girl. Congrats Laura!
