I had the pleasure of photographing the sweetest family at Balboa Park. Lorinda was recently diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. When she reached out about receiving their annual family photos, I was touched by her testimony. Although Balboa Park is usually crowded with tourists, you can’t help but love the beauty that it offers. As photographers, we get a little desentized to places that are photo hot spots, but every time I revisit, I totally understand the appeal. Family sessions are usually dreaded by one or more members, but I loved how everyone was excited to gift this session to their mom. Everyone was easy going and filled with joy throughout our entire session. I loved spending time with this growing family and I have hope that Lorinda is going to beat this awful disease. Please pray for healing over Lorinda and keep encouraging her fight!
