We moved to Upland almost two years ago when my husband was accepted to med school. Our entire family, friends, and community resides in San Diego so I was a little nervous for this new change in our life. New house, new neighbors, new church, and a totally new lifestyle. When I was pregnant, I wanted to get plugged in so I could meet some mommy friends. I joined classes and one of my favorites was the mommy-and-me class. It was filled with a small handful of women going through similar life transitions. Tara was the only mom in our group who was on her second baby so she was basically our mama yoda. Having a newborn comes with a lot of joy and stress and I was thankful to be able to have a place to meet with women and exchange our milestones and fears. When I met Tara, she was working with a new baby and toddler. Her life was busy and just kept getting busier. However, she was always incredibly sweet and optimistic. She was the one who organized our group gatherings, the first to respond to any group text, and her joy for life and people is contagious. I loved photographing her sweet family and meeting her husband her compliments her so well. Their kids are the perfect mix of both of them and seriously so incredibly cute!! I’m so thankful for her friendship and I am in love with their session! My favorites are below… Enjoy!
